#throwbackjanuary I gotta admit combining a wedding is the most difficult steps we've taken in our relationship. We both assumed that 'they' will have th same mindset as us but... NO. this phase made us stronger, it taught us not to stop supporting each other and we believed that this is just another test from Him (“Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear…” ) Allah maha Adil, sikit demi sikit Ditunjukkan kalau ada yg niat tak baik and alhamdulillah, it's over.

11 months and 17 days till the big day, they said I can start counting down already so don't menyampah w me, klu my tweets, my fb/ig posts all abt wedding bahahaha. Last sunday, alby's parents & aunties came over to finalise our wedding date & venue. 21 January 2017 it is, (so kengkawan, uols dah bole g plot leave eh haha) For venue, CC as our first choice, by july we need to go down and settle w th booking alr. Like mak Qee ckp "be kiasu, takper asalkan dapat book th CC" Haha. No harm being kiasu oke for your wedding, BTB ingat nih! #tipsnakkahwin Th only major things left is catering, trying to fix a date for both parents to meet cik ainon and discuss over her nutella tart.... oops oh tk eh? hahaha cik ainon make th best nutella tart ehhhh masa we came over to her plc habes licin kite dua bedal. nak lagi pls! 

As of now, we nak chill abit, actually not abit lah... nak chill sampai end of march; cause we're going for a roadtrip w th usuals (maz, mas, mul and lame) woohoo! Excited tahap gaban eh! Looking forward to see my kakak and my two babies in Ganu! Rindu serindu-rindunya :')

2015 has been a lil bit tough for me and i'm glad things are much better now, you know they say, when nak kahwin insya'allah rezeki datang bergolek. Allah will help you through it and i'm so blessed with what i have right now. الحمد لله على كل حال

alby and me just celebrated our 6th years of togetherness last november and in 15 days, mark our first year engagement and...... that means we're down with a year more till th big day! masyaallah time flies really fast! 

last september, we had our first meet up with peti solek tbr, signed, sealed and settled! mehehe. next meet up will be next year! :)

right after th appt w PSTBR, we met Qee's mother, cik ainon for (ainon wedding services) discussion on our catering and decor, cik ainon is so nice lah really and so easy to work with and we already looking forward for our next meet up with our parents hee. in few weeks time plak, we're meeting our wedding photographer. so excited for this, you know lah i kan selfie queen. hehe✌🏼️

left with venue, okay this ada pening sikit. for some reason we cancelled our plans to book Persisi. we have few venues in mind but tatawu if we can secure ke tak. you know lah CC right they'll prioritise their residents first and CC's ard our area are so small to accomodate our numbers of pax. but it's hokaylah, insyaallah we'll find our way. *trying to stay positive as much as i can if not nanti jadi bridezilla plak mehehe*

alhamdulillah alhamdulillah and alhamdulillah for every rezq we have right now. so blessed and love how things are going on smoothly. insyaallah everything dipermudahkan.

5 months to 2016.

   

              Hello & رمضان المبارك !

It's now 2nd july and we're already on th 15th day of ramadhan! masyaallah time really flies and i don't even realize it. 

(June 2015) they said "bila tengah bertunang, macam-macam benda boleh berlaku, darah manis kena hati2. Lain orang lain dugaan nya" it's true, we had our first test and we met into an accident last 3 weeks. (first accident after six years as a pillion) tho it was just a minor abrassions, but looking at how sudden things happened was really scary and traumatising. i'm just glad both of us are okay and well recovered. Syukur Alhamdulillah, for another chance Allah gave us :') 

Now, we're left w 5 months to 2016 and i know things are about to kick in already when alby told me after raya we meet our vendors okay. Ish, nervous lah pulak! Hehe. (dh baik kan, so dah boleh cont pasal tawen tawen!) Siapa kata 2 tahun tu lama? Tak lama okay, see now we're close to a year alr! May Allah make things easy and grant us strength for th upcoming test and challenges. Make dua' for us too okay? Semoga dipertemukan di tahun-tahun yang akan datang! إنشاءالله

Inspirations and vendors!

Oh hi :)

It has been two months since I last update. Busy? mhmm, nahh just lazy! lol. yknw that feeling semangat dua minit to own a blog then dah.... haha. So tonight it's all about wedding inspirations and vendors.

#Wedding Decor

From what I heard from my kahwin-kahwin clans and BTB, most decor packages are from $3000 onwards. (Some might include th chiavari chairs, some might not. so you need to top up extra $ for that) I've emailed few vendors but only comel molek decor has released their quotations for 2017 and their packages are from $4900 onwards. Mhmm, it's quite expensive lah but their reviews eh memang bagus. I'm still waiting for kasai sayang , SID events & Vynella Events to update me their 2017 packages. yknow, i've always picture my wedding to be soft, ethereal and sweet. A mixture of pastel pallete, lavendar, mint sikit, peach sikit... ahh you named it! endless options to choose. here are some ideas i might consider for th wedding theme / decor.. ahhhh excited please!

as for andaman, i only have 3 names in my wedding notes, yes tak banyak tiga je sudah & my first choice for andaman... *drum rolls*

gaise gaise gaise, how can one not include this in their list! just look at th stunning bride! holy camolly. menggila ok tengok penantin punya jambu ni macam. most of th past bloggers i read online or i followed on IG had her for their wedding and their reviews are just too awesome kay. yang lagi best if you fefeeling nak pakai malaysian designer like mimpi kita, nurita harith outfit pon boleh okay! gila tak gila tak. her makeup, her songket outfit (this is a plus point since i really want songket fr our 2nd outfit) memang baik ah and i alr went through her packages for 3-4 outfits, i tot its gonna be so expensive gedegak ah but tak eh.. told alby about this and bakal suamiku memang gerek, he agreed wei! *joget pusing pusing* i really look forward to meet kak nora zee in person! makin tak sabarrrr nnnih. (tengok balik gmbr penantin and faint) 


Okay, that was my first choice. If let's say (if, but choi and insyaallah tak) Nora Zee is not available for my dates I don't mind going for my second or third choice of andaman. So for my second choice, 

Peti Solek TBR

Tak lain tak bukan, peti solek tbr! Look at nura, so stunning in that coral dress! *matalovelove* texted nura for her review on PSTBR, she told me her mak andam gerek. okay ni paling penting, sbb kalau mak andam tak gerek, boring wei. lagi2 btb yang tgh blog nnih ter-extra friendly! pecah gila k, kalau mak andam tak kuasa nak layan. hwahwa. what I love about PSTBR is their wedding veil and hijab styling for muslimah bride. simple and so manis like that. i'm not a fan of turban or belit2 kejadah tu semua ok (a big no no pls). well, i'm still hwaiting for their packages for 2017. 


Lastly, if first and second choice cannot make it fr my wedding, this is my third choice.

another pretty kakak andam with flawless make up skills! just launched her own bridal few months ago. i dont know why ah but just by looking at her face i know all the btb's who engaged her will be in good hands. haha, i'm still waiting for her to upload more of her outfits, who knows i might chg my mind and make her as my first choice? girls being fickle minded kan. paham-paham lah. heh. but ohwells, if not for th wedding, suroh die make up kan for pre/post wedding photoshoot pon jadi ok! heh. 

As for now, it's all about waiting, yes waiting patiently fr th vendors to release their quotations for 2017, lepas drg dah announce booking fr 2017, apelagi jadi minah sasau ah. hwahwa. quotations that i have now might change yelah, makin lama makin naik kan harga. so both me and alby need to duduk one corner and compare which is more worth it and ikot budget k. (actually lah kan, kalau tak pikir budget semua ah worth it haha) 

earlier i met my childhood bff, liyana. she was telling me abt customizing baju nikah or wedding gown, since ada lobang murah fr tailor. $150 ONLY. beliebe it or not eh. kalau tak tempah bodoh, pasal cheap cheap good good, kalau tempah pulak nk kene pikir pakai ke tak lepas tu, ke terperap buat perhiasan dalam almari. ahhhhhhhhhh. how now brown cow. 

Okay lah. menceceh panjang sgt dah nnih.. So till next month? haha ok no. till then, toodles! 

*fyi, i took 2 days to complete this post. mehehe.

Just 2 mths before th e-day, he told me that he's ready to up sikit our relationship. (& if you're wondering if he proposed ke i said yes ke, takde okay? Ours very simple at mcd k sambil minom double choc we discuss abt this, Haha!) So yeah, i told him, if you're ready, meet my parents and abang. be a man and he did! Long story short, he came over to discuss abt th plan.. then dah, balik and we both agreed to make it a small event just between two families. Heh. Simplekan? Cause my parents also memang dh lama kenal him, so no problem, all dijamin beresss! HAHA. Now.... time for some pictures!

HAHA. Well, Alhamdulillah it was all good and now, i have 2 more years to plan for th big day! So blessed that I have sucha loving famillies and bridesmaid who came over to help! Only Allah can bless all of them!

It has been years....

OH HI, Im Eera ;) 

it has been six years since i last blogged! i was inspired by all th past bloggerslah like kahwin-khronicles, accidental bride... they have awesome posts i tell you, they shared hell lotsa things abt their vendors, reviews and ideas for their wedding. yang bagus yang tak bagus, yang berguna & yg tk guna all have! opps haha. so useful for  th future btb's.... mhmm like me! Hehe. yes you read it right! i just got engaged a month ago (campak confetti) to my bestfriend for 5 years, muhd ruzaini. Heh.

So, #RZNxxEERA (feeling ah nak hashtag jugak bahaha) wedding will be in January 2017, insyaallah. Yes 2 more years to go but you know what people keep telling me "eh 2 years will past by very fast tau!" "eh you better start survey now, if not last minute all fully booked" "eh this eh that..." UGH. this is so stressful tau! Thought that i still can chill chill kambing till end of this year sekali kena remind like this. tsk. Now everywhere i go, i have my wedding notes in my beg. YES. have to, ilham kan boleh datang bila-bila masa jer! Heh. I've already emailed few bridals and vendors. Most of them are yet to open their slots for 2017, yelah baru January 2015 what only kanchiong btb like me ah go email so early! HAHAH. As advised, i have to keep an eye on their opening slots on IG / FB. Good, still got time to save, still got time to chillllll. (maseh eh!)
